The roomy kitchen was conceived and equipped in order to comfortably accomodate a dozen guests in user-friendliness. With its large cooker six fires, its refrigerateur/congelator 400 L, it open on a side on the dining room and the living room and other on a large terrace side garden, all is made to offer to you a framework of holidays out of the commun run.
If you wish to bathe, nothing simpler push the wicket at the bottom of the garden and join the beach, on your return the external hot shower awaits you.

GROUND FLOOR :

	Entry, part with living, separate kitchen (23 m2) very equipped: maximum cooker 6 fires with old, dishwasher, microwaves, refrigerateur/congelator, electric coffeemaker, toaster, casserole, mixor etc. This part opens on a side on the salon/salle to eat and the terrace side garden (30 m2) on other side.
	Living room, dining room (40 m2): visible beams, furniture in oak, settees leather, television, hi-fi system. The bays open directly on bay of Audierne and the rocks beyond the low wall of the garden.
	1 continuation made up of a room of 16 m2 (1 bed of 1.60 m) and of a water room equipped with a WC, both with sight on sea. This water room and this room are entitled "handicapped"
	1 continuation made up of a room of 23 m2 (2 beds of 0.90m) opening on the garden and of a bathroom equipped with a WC with sight on sea.

OUTSIDE :
The dwelling lays out independently of an access and a carpark in the property, of a garden with living room of garden, parasol, of a corner relaxation with deckchairs and mattress and of a privative terrace equipped accessible side garden since the kitchen. The hot shower in the garden awaits the bathers with the return of the beach.
