This old stone manor (1925), completely renovated
in 2005/2006, located at Saint Guenole, noted fishing port for daily
fresh fish and crawfish, in Bigouden country, area authenticates with
the well anchored traditions, located at 20 km to the south of Quimper
(airport, station).
The manor is built in protected zone, classified, in a residential
district calms and sparse. The environment is absolutely preserved
there. The closed park of 5000 m2 includes the vestiges of another manor and a prehistoric tumulus. It gives a direct access to the sea
(15 m). An exceptional panorama open on the Ocean surrounds the manor :
150 m on the right, the superb fine sand beach of Pors-Carn looks at
the headland of the Torch and the wide beach of Audierne's bay (12 km)
; on the left, the handle of Viben, the village and rocks of
Saint-Guénolé. In clear weather in the night, we can see
the headlights of the island of Sein.
