The dwelling lays out independently of a carpark in the property, a
garden with living room of garden, parasol, and of a corner relaxation
with sun baths, of a terrace equipped side garden accessible since the
kitchen and from a second terrace side sea accessible by the stay. The
hot shower in the garden awaits the bathers with the return of the
beach.
